WATER MAIN EXTENSION 1
WHEREAS, The Village of Oak Brook has budgeted funds within the 1998 Budget for the
extension of a water main under Ginger Creek along the east side of IL Route 83; and
WHEREAS, construction projects in Illinois waterways, flood plains and wetlands often
require both State and Federal authorization.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the President be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Joint
Application Form For Permit to the State of Illinois, Department of Natural Resources; the U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers; and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, a copy of which
Application is attached hereto labeled Exhibit"A'and hereby made a part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 28t1day of October , 1997 by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, according to a
roll call vote as follows:
Ayes: Trustees Kenny, McInerney, Savino and Shumate
Nays: None
Absent: Trustees Bartecki and Caleel
