A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT
KNOWN AS ADAMS-BREAKENRIDGE RESUBDIVISION

(3700 Adams/25 Breakenridge Farm,Oak Brook, IL 60523)

WHEREAS. the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on September 15, 1997,
recommended the approval of the proposed Adams-Breakenridge Resubdivision;and
i WHEREAS,the Village President and Board of Trustees have considered the recommendation
of the Plan Commission and concur with same;

NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES !
I OF THr''✓ILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:

{ Section 1: That the Final Plat of Subdivision known as Adams-Breakenridge Resubdivision
prepared by Joseph M. DeCraene, Illinois Land Surveyor,dated June 13, 1997 be and is hereby
! approved subject to the conditions enumerMed in Section 2 of this resolution.
i
Section 2: That the approval of the Final Plat of Adams- Breakenridge Resubdivision as given
in Section 1 hereof be and is hereby expressly subject to the conditions as follows:
1) Final engineering approval;
2) Waiver of the requirements for curbs and gutter streets,sidewalks,street lights and
parkway trees; and
3) That all other requirements, conditions and standards of the Subdivision
j Regulations of the Village of Oak Brook, except as waived or limited by this
Resolution, shall be applicable to the resubdivision and development of said
! Adams- Breakenridge Resubdivision.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 28th day of October, 1997, by the President and Board of
j Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, according to a roll call vote as
follows:
Ayes: Trustees Kenny, McInerney, Savino and Shumate

Nays: No-tie
Absent: Trustees Bartecki and Caleel
Abstain: None
