A RESOLUTION APPROVING
AN AMENDED AND RESTATED FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS
DIEPSTRA SUBDMSION
(2417 Woth Street,Oak Brook,IL 60523)
WHEREAS,on April 25, 1995 the President and Board of Trustees passed and approved
Resolution 95-SD-R-646,a Resolution Approving The Final Plat of Subdivision known as Diepstra
Subdivision,a copy of which was recorded as Document No. R98-39262 on March 4, 1998 along with the
Diepstra Subdivision Final Plat recorded as Document No. R98-39263 on the same date;and
WHEREAS,a surveying error was detected after recordation of said Resolution 95-SD-R-646 and
plat;and
f WHEREAS,that error has now been corrected in the Amended and Restated Final Plat of
Subdivision, (labeled"Exhibit A"and attached hereto);
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the Amended and Restated Final Plat of Subdivision known as Diepstra
Subdivision as prepared by Bollinger, Lach&Associate, Inc.dated January 21, 1999 be and is hereby
approved subject to the condition enumerated in Section 2 of this Resolution;
Section 2: That the approval of the Final Plat of Subdivision known as Diepstra Subdivision as
given in Section 1 hereof, legally described as:
Being a subdivision in part of Section 33,Township 39 North, Range 11 East of
the 3'd Principal Meridian in DuPage County, IL Permanent Index Nos.06-33-400-010
and 06-33-400-011
be and is hereby expressly made subject to the following condition:
(a) That all other land improvements such as streets,sidewalks,streetlights,etc.are
waived.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 26th day of January, 1999,by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois,according to a roll call vote as
follows:
