RESOLUTION 1999-SD-PP&FP-R- 726
A RESOLUTION APPROVING
THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS
SUE BOON SUBDIVISION
(3117 York Road,Oak Brook,IL 60523)
WHEREAS,the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on May 17, 1999 recommended
approval of the Preliminary and Final Plat of Subdivision of the subdivision entitled,"Sue Boon
Subdivision"subject to certain conditions;and
WHEREAS,the Village President and Board of Trustees considered the recommendation of the
Plan Commission and concur with the same,subject to certain conditions;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK,DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the Preliminary and Final Plat of Sue Boon Subdivision prepared by Roake and
Associates, Inc. dated April 15, 1999, be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions enumerated in
Section 2 of this resolution.
Section 2: That the approval of the Preliminary and Final Plat of Sue Boon Subdivision as given in
Section 1 hereof be and is hereby expressly made subject to the following conditions:
(a) That funds shall be deposited with the Village for construction of a
pedestrian/bicycle path along York Road. In the alternative,the
developer may construct said path;
(b) That the requirements for sidewalks,curb and gutters,street lights and
street trees be waived;
(c) That the final plat and final engineering plans be revised as necessary and the
same approved by the Village Engineer;
(d) That the existing home on Lot 2 shall be razed as a condition of any permit for a
new home on either Lot 2 or Lot 3.
(e) That all other requirements,conditions and standards of the Subdivision
Regulations of the Village of Oak Brook,except as waived or limited by this
Resolution, shall be applicable to the subdivision and development of said Sue
Boon Subdivision.
PASSED 3.ND APPROVED this 22nd day of June, 1999, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois,according to a roll call vote as follows:
