SUBJECT: Guinta's First Assessment Plat — 3108 White Oak Lane

RECOMMENDED MOTION: I move to approve the Guinta's First Assessment Plat for
the property located at 3108 White Oak Lane and/approve the attached resolution.
Background /History:
Michael Guinta, the owner of the parcel located at 3108 White Oak Lane has submitted an
application for the Guinta's First Assessment Plat and requests approval. It is the applicant's
intent to construct a single- family home on the parcel.
Due to the fact that the existing parcel was never formally subdivided, the assessment plat is
required as a prerequisite to obtaining a building permit from the Village of Oak Brook.
Village Engineer Durfey concurs with the recommendation to approve this assessment plat.
Recommendation:
If It is your w -ish to approve this request, it would be appropriate to approve the Guinta's First
Assessment Plat and attached resolution.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the Assessment Plat consisting of two sheets and entitled, "Guinta's First
Assessment Plat" prepared by Nelson Surveyors, LLC and last revised on August 30, 2007, be and is
hereby approved.
