RECOMMENDED MOTION: I move to approve Resolution R-958 "A Resolution
Establishing an Ad Hoc Committee for the Purpose of Planning and Coordinating the 2007
Oak Brook Autumn Festival ".
BacUround/History:
The attached Resolution establishes an ad hoc committee for the purpose of planning and
coordinating the 2007 Oak Brook Autumn Festival. The 2006 commmittee has requested a
change in the composition of the 2007 Committee from seven to six (6) Oak Brook residents.
The committee further recommended that the six (6) members shall elect two (2) members to
serve as Co- Chairmen.
Recommendation:
I recommend that the Village Board adopt the attached resolution establising an Ad Hoc
Committee for the Purpose of Planning and Coordinating the 2007 Oak Brook Autumn Festival .
