RESOLUTION 1999-FI-BNKSRV-R-7 30
A RESOLUTION REGARDING BANKING SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
'%11-LAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That American National Bank of Chicago utilize the services of the Federal
Reserve Bank of Chicago for the custody of securities pledged to the Village of Oak Brook or to
any of its agencies or departments, upon terms and conditions prescribed by the Federal
Reserve Bank of Chicago; and
Section : That such securities deposited for custody with Federal Reserve Bank of
Chicago may be released from custody .,j American National Bank of Chicago, upon the
signature of any of the following:
Finance Director, Village President or Village Manager; and
Section 3: That the Village Clerk forward a certified copy of this resolution to Federal
Reserve Bank of Chicago together with a certificate attesting to the names and signatures of
the present incumbents of the offices described above, and that the Village Clerk further certify
to the bank from tima to time the signatures of any successors in office of any of the present
incumbents; and
Section 4: That the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago shall be fully discharged from all
liabilities or responsibility for any action carried out in accordance with this resolution and it shall
be entitled to rely on this resolution until it receives express written notice to the contrary in the
form of a certified copy of q subsequently enacted resolution; and
Section 5: That this resolution shall supersede and cancel all previous resolutions
relating to the custody of securities at Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 28th day of September, 1999 by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, according
to a roll call vote as follows:
Ayes: Trustees Caleel, Craig, Kennv, McInerney and Savino
Nays: None
Absent: Trustee Butler
Abstain: None
