AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN OFFICIAL
PLAN FOR THE VILLAGE OF OAKBROOK

MEAS., there has been prepared for the Village of Oakbrook
a plan known and designated as the "General Development Plan for the
Village of Oakbrook and Its Environs, Du Page County, Illinois," a

copy of which said plan is attached hereto and by reference made a
part of this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the said plan has been recommended to the Board of
Trustees by the Plan Commission of the Village of Oakbrook; and
X15, it is the opinion of the Board of Trustees that it
would be to the best interests of the Village of Oakbrook and to the
citizens thereof that such plan be adopted as the official plan for
said village;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINS by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook, Du Page County, Illinois,
that the said "General Development Plan for the Village of Oakbrook
and Its Environs, Du Page County, Illinois" be and the same is hereby
adopted as the official plan for the Village of Oakbrook, which said
plan shall be in compliance with the Statutes of the State of Illinois
in such cases made and provided.
Passed and approved by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oakbrook, Du page County, Illinois, thisday
