BE IT ORDAINED by the Preaident'and Beard Of Trustees of the
Village of Oakbrook, Du Page County, I111noiss
Section 1. DATE OF RSGULAR BEEMos. That tbo,40ak

Section fie. PRCSID NG OFFMER. The President shall preside at
all meetings of the Beard of Trustees. In the absence of the President
at any nesting of the Board of Trustees, the members of the Board of
Trustees present shall sleet a Trustee as Chairman pro ten, who shall
preside at any such seating. The Trustee, so elected Chairman shall
have only the powers of a presiding officer and shall bare aright to .

Section_ 7* SPECIAL xGS# Special meetings may be called
by the President or by any tree Trustees in the manner followings
(a) By sailing notice to the residence address of each
of the ambers of the Board of Trustees at least Ores days
prior to the date set for said emoting, which said notice
shall give the date and time the said msetimg is to be held
and the purpose for which it is called, or
(b) By givirg at least twenty-four hoars' actual notice
to each member of the Board of Trustees, vdiidh said notice
need be in no particular fbz%,,but which said notice'shall be
actually rocoived by each somber of the Board of Trustees at
least twenty-four homes in advance of the time set for such
meeting, provided that each somber of the Board of Trustees
shall.be advised as to the date and time of said meeting and

Special meetings of the Hoard of Trustees may be held st mW

subsequent special meetings.
(c) Reading and consideration of all ordinances
or resolutions properly brought to the attention of the
Board of Trustees.
(d) Receiving, reading and referring potitiess and
communications.
(o) Reading and consideration of bills against the
village.
(f) Action on salaries of village officers and
employees.
(g) Reports of oemmittees, officers and employees.
(h) Unfinished business.
(i) Now business.
