AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING
AN OFFICIAL TIME AND PLACE FOR MEETINGS OF THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAKBROOK,
DU PAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AND ESTABLISHING CERTAIN
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE CONDUCT OF SUCH
MEETINGS AND FOR THE CALLING OF SPECIAL MEETINGS,
PASSED AND APPROVED ON THE 1st DAY OF MAY, A. D. 1958,
AS AM DED
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oakbrook, DuPage County, Illinois'. .
Section 1. That Section 3 of an Ordinance Estatlishing
an official Time and Place for Meetings Of the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oakbrook, DuPage County, Illinois, and Establish-
ing Certain Rules and Regulations for the Conduct of Such Meetings
and for the Calling of Special Meetings, passed and approved on
the 1st day of May, A. D. 1958, as amended, be and the same is
hereby amended, and as amended, shall read as follows:
"Section 3. Place of Regular Meetings. That regular
meetings of the Board of Trustees shall be held at the
building located at the iuuediate northwest corner of
31st Street and Spring Road within said Village, heretofore
known as the Butler known as the Village ofoOak shall

Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective from and
after its passage and approval as by statutes of the State of
Illinois in such cases made and provided
