SEWAGE OR INDUSTRIAL, WASTE INTO STORM
SEWERS GR DRAIN TILE WITaINT THE VILLAGE

BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oakbrook:
Section 1. No person, rirm, corporation, or institution,
public or private, shall discharge or empty, or cause to be discharged
or emptied, any type of sewage, including the effluent from septic
tanks or other sewage treatment devices ) or any other aomestic)
commercial, or industrial waste, or any putrecible liquids, into
any drain the or sewer or otner drainage structure installed for
the purpose of discharging surface water within the Village of
Oakbrook.
Section 2. That any person, firm, corporation, or in-
stitution violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon
conviction thereof, be subject to a penalty of not less than One
Dollar nor more than Two hundred Dollars for each offense and each
day such violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
Section-3. This ordinance snail be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as by
statute in such cases made and provided.
