AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE REGULATING
TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES IN THE VILLAGE OF OAKBROOK,
DU PAGE C01UNTY, ILLINOIS, KN 0Ta'N AND DESIGNATED
AS ORDINANCE G-10 , PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE
PRESIDENT AND BOARD yF TRUSTEES ON THE 12th DAY
OF JANUARY 1960, AS FROM TIME TO TIME AMENDED—
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oakbrook:
Section 1. That Section 43a of Article V of an ordinance
regulating traffic and. vehicles in the Village of -'akbrook, DuPage
County, Illinois, known and designated as Ordinance G-10, passed and.
approved by the President and Board of Trustees on the 12th day of
Januarys 1960, as from time to time amended , be and the same is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following sub-paragraph,
which shall be known and designated as sub-paragraph (3) :
11(3) Spring Road on both sides from its intersection
with 31st Street to its intersection with York
Road. "
Section 2. That the Village President is authorized and
directed to cause to be erected appropriate signs designating such
areas as "No Parking" area.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
.. conflict with this ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from anal. after its passage, approval and publication as by
statute in such cases made and provided.
