AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING
STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF SANITARY SEWERS, WATER MAINS AND ROADS AND
BRIDGES WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF OAKBROOK, ,DU PAGE
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS
ORDINANCE G-312 PASSED AND -APPROVED BY THE
PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF SAID VILLAGE
ON THE 9th DAY OF JANUARY, 1962, AS FROM TIME TO
TIME AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED by the,President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oakbrook:
Section 1. That Division II of an ordinance establishing
stadards and specifications for the construction of sanitary sewers,
L. water mains and roads and bridges within the Village of Oakbrook,
DuPage County, Illinois, be and the same is hereby amended by add-
ing after Section 17a of said division the following section, which
shall be known and designated as Section 17b:
"SECTION 17b. FEES
"In addition to all other fees provided for in the
ordinances of the Village of Oakbrook there shall be paid
to the Village for each house tap-on construction the sum
of Fifteen and No/100ths Dollars ($15.00) as an inspection
fee."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication as by statute
in such cases made and provided.
Passed and approved by the President and the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oakbrook this-_234 day of r,u 1963.
