G-67 - 12/19/1966 - ZONING - Ordinances - - TEB:KLM 12-6-66 1 & 9 cc. t► �►1�Gr' R•3+R-S' +o R-1 5EE ALSO; Cs—!o(ot'G$ - lof7 AN OR.DIltiA113CE &4ENDING TIME ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF OA KOOKS DU PAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN SAID VILLAGE WHEREAS, the owner of the property more particularly hereinafter described has petitioned the corporate authorities of the Village of Oakbrook to rezone said property to R4 Single- Family Detached Residence District; and WHEREAS, a public hearing pursuant to said request has been held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oakbrook after receiving the recommendation of the Planning Commission of said Village; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board. of Appeals of the Village of Oakbrook has recommended that said petition be granted; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook concur with the said recommendation and are of the opinion that said petition should be granted and that said property should be rezoned accordingly; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and the: Board of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook: Section 1. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as by statute in such cases made and provided. Section 3. That the official zoning map of the Village. of Oakbrook be changed to comply with the: provisions of this ordinance.
