BE IT MDAINED by the President and ,board of Trustees of
the Village of nakbrooki
section 1. That Section 11 Of Ordinance No. D•llie passed
and approved by the President and Hoard of Trustees of the Village
of Oakbrook on the lath day of February* 1960, be and the sow is
hereby amended by adding at the end of said section the following
unnumbered paragraph:
"In addition to all other documents herein required
the applicant shall submit topograPhieal information in
sufficient detail to indicate the natural drainage of
the lot or parcel involved and tbo proposed final grade
with intended water flow. Grade pitch shall be away
from the building and at a rate of not less than One-
eighth inch per foot. Except in unusual cases where
the building official shall determine that hardship *slates
final gra#er at lot Names shall be established at the
eLevations
existing I*vw"e foundation heights shall be established
at least sic inches above final grade."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be it full force and
effect from and after its paessage a approval sad publication as by
statute in such cases made #04 provided.
