ORDINANCE" NO. G-37 TO REQUIRE
A CERTIFICATE OF THE PLAN COMMISSION
ON SUBDIVISION PLATS

BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the

Village of Oakbrook, DuPage County, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1. That Subsection C of Section VI of Ordinance
No. G-37 of the General Ordinances of the Village of Oakbrook,
Illinois, being the "OakBrook Subdivision Regulations Ordinance" ,
passed and approved April 10, 1962, is hereby amended to include
a new paragraph to be known as "Paragraph 9'," as follows:
