AN ORDINANCE REPEALING "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING
TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES IN THE VILLAGE OF OAKBROOK" ,
PASSED AND APPROVED FEBRUARY 12, 1960, AS AMENDED,
AND ADOPTING "THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE
OF OAKBROOK, ILLINOIS, OF 1968"
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oakbrook, DuPage County, Illinois, that:
"The Traffic Ordinance of the Village of Oakbrook, Illinois ,
of 1968" , consisting of ten ( ) Articles, entitled and numbered,
as "The Traffic Ordinance of the Vil :e of Oakbrook, Illinois, of
1968" shall take effect and be in fu] . ;Force and effect upon and
after its passage, approval and publication in book form as provided
by law, and such printing in book form and publication is hereby
ordered and directed by authority of the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook, DuPage County, Illinois; and,
that Ordinance No. G-10, "An Ordinance Regulating Traffic and Vehicles
in the Village of Oakbrook" , passed and approved February 12 , 1960,
and amendments thereto, including Ordinance No. G-14, adopted
July 12 , 1960; Ordinance No. G-36, adopted March 27, 1962 ; Ordinance
No. G-39, adopted September 11, 1962 ; Ordinance No. G-41, adopted
November 13, 1962 ; Ordinance No. G-45, adopted March 14, 1963 ;
Ordinance No. G-46, adopted May 14, 1963 ; Ordinance No. G-47, adopted
June 11 , 1963 ; Ordinance No. G-50, adopted July 9, 1963 ; Ordinance
No. G-55, adopted September 27, 1964; Ordinance No. G-63 , adopted
July 12 , 1966; Ordinance No. G-64, adopted July 12 , 1966 ; Ordinance
No. G-74, adopted August 22, 1967; Ordinance No. G-75, adopted
August 22 , 1967; Ordinance No. G-79, adopted November 14, 1967;
and Ordinance No. G-88, adopted May 14, 1968, by and the same are
