AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
OAKBROOK SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS ORDINANCE,.
ADOPTED. BY. THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE. VILLAGE 'OF. OAKB.ROOK
ON THE 10TH DAY OF APRIL, 1962, _
KNOWN AS ORDINANCE NO. G-37
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
. Village of Oakbrook, DuPage County, Illinois:
Section 1. That Sub-paragraph 5 of Paragraph D of Section XI
of the Oakbrook Subdivision Regulations Ordinance, adopted by the
President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook on the
10th day of April, 1962, known as Ordinance No. G-37, be and the
same is hereby amended, .and as amended shall read as follows:
"5. (a) Curbs and curbs and gutters, when required, shall
be installed in accordance with .the. Village -stand-
ards and specifications, except .curbs or. curbs and
gutters are not required, unless requested by the
Plan Commission, in residential subdivisions where
lots are one-half acre or more in urea.
" (b) Owners of abutting property may, upon proper appli-
cation made to the Village and upon payment of the
required fee be issued a permit to replace the roll-
ed type curb and gutter at the driveway location
with a standard depressed type curb and gutter meet-
ing the specifications of the Village of Oakbrook"
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and ef-
fect from and after its passage, approval and publication as by
.statute in such cases made and provided.
