ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G-60,
BEING "THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE
OF OAKBROOK, ILLINOIS, OF 1966" , ADOPTED
BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK ON THE 22ND DAY

OF MARCH, 1966, AS FROM TIME TO TIME AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois , as follows:
Section 1. That Subparagraph a) of Paragraph l of Subsection
E of Section XIII of Ordinance G-60 , being "The Zoning Ordinance
f of the Village of Oakbrook, Illinois, of 1966" , as amended, passed
and approved by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Oak Brook on the 22nd day of March, 1966 , be and the same is
hereby amended, and as amended shall read as follows:
"E. Zoning Board .of Appeals. -
1
"1. Creation and'Procedure.
"a. The P resent Zoning Board of Appeals for
the Village of Oak Brook heretofore
established in accordance with the
applicable statutes of the State of
Illinois is hereby confirmed and
ratified and shall consist of seven ,
(7) members. The successor to each
member shall serve for a term of five
(5) years. "
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication as by statute
in such cases made and provided.
PASSED and APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oak Brook this 14th .day of April
