ORDINANCE NO. G-120
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G-93
"THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK,
ILLINOIS, OF 1968" , PASSED AND APPROVED OCTOBER 22,
1968, TO DESIGNATE 16TH STREET FROM MONTEREY TO ILLINOIS
STATE ROUTE 83 A TWO-WAY STREET
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois , that: .
Section 1. Paragraph (1) of Exhibit "B" of Ordinance G-93,
"The Traffic Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois , of
1968" , be and the same is hereby deleted. It is the intention
of this ordinance to remove the one-way street restriction imposed
and to designate 16th Street from Monterey Street to Illinois Route
83 a two-way street.
Section 2. The Village Administrator is authorized and directed
to take appropriate action to- conform existing traffic signs to the
requirements of this ordinance.
Section 3 . This ordinance shall take effect from and after
its passage and approval as required by law.
