AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G-93 "THE TRAFFIC -
ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS , OF -
1968" , PASSED AND APPROVED OCTOBER 22 , 1968 , TO DESIGNATE
THE INTERSECTION OF HARGER ROAD AND SPRING ROAD A FOUR-
WAY STOP INTERSECTION
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County,. Illinois , that:
Section 1. Section 2. 05 and Exhibit D of Ordinance No. G-93 ,
being "The Traffic Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois , -.
of 1968" , passed and approved October 22 , 1968 , as amended, be and-- - --
it is hereby further amended to insert a new ITEM 2 to exhibit to
read as follows:
"Exhibit 'D "
"Four-way Stop:
" (2) Harger Road and Spring Road. "
Section 2. The Village Administrator is auzilorized and directed
to take appropriate action to conform the traffic control devices at
the aforesaid intersection to the requirements of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its
passage and approval as required by law.
PASSED and APPROVED this 9th day of June, 1970 .
