ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G-93,
f "THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS, OF 1968" , PASSED AND
C APPROVED OCTOBER 22, 1968, TO DESIGNATE
y INTERSECTIONS TO BE CONTROLLED BY TRAFFIC
CONTROL SIGNAL LIGHTS
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, that:
Section 1. Ordinance G-93, "The Traffic Ordinance of the
Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 1968" , passed and approved
October 22, 1968, as amended, be and it is further amended to
insert a new Section to be designated as Section 1.04-1, which
shall read as follows:
} "1.04-1 Location of Intersections Controlled By
Traffic Control Signal Lights.
"The intersections hereinafter described in Exhibit "J"
1# shall be designated as intersections controlled by traffic
control signal lights and said Exhibit "J" by this reference �a
I is made a part hereof. "

Section 2. A new exhibit to be known and designated as Exhibit
"J" is hereby and herewith added to Ordinance G-93, "The Traffic
Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 1968'x., which
shall read as follows
"EXHIBIT 'J'
Intersections Controlled by
{ Traffic Control Signal Lights
j "It shall be unlawful for any driver of any vehicle
to disobey the instructions of any traffic control signal
light at the following intersections, to-wit:
(1) Cermak Road (22nd Street) at its intersection with
Meyers Road.
(2) Cermak Road (22nd Street) at its intersection with `�..
Midwest Road.
(3) Butterfield Road at its intersection with Cermak Road
(22nd Street) .
(4) Cermak Road (22nd Street) at its intersection with the
entrance to the Oak Brook Shopping Center, designated
as 112" South.

(5) Cermak Road (22nd Street) at its intersection with the
j entrance to the Oak Brook Shopping Center, designated

as "1" South.
(6) Cermak Road (22nd Street) at its intersection with
{ Spring Road.
(7) Cermak Road (22nd Street) at its intersection with
Enterprise Drive.

Windsor Drive.
(10) Cermak Road (22nd Street) at its intersect=ion with
the Tri-State Tollway exit.
(11) Oak Brook Road (31st Street) at its intersection with
Illinois State Route 83.
(12) Oak Brook Road (31st Street) at its intersection with _
the Butler Company entrance.

(13) Oak Brook Road (31st Street) at its intersection with
York Road.
(14) Illinois State Route 83 at its intersection with 16th
Street.
(15) Midwest Road at its intersection with Butterfield Road. "
