OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS, OF 1968", PASSED AND
APPROVED OCTOBER 22,. .1968 , .TO DESIGNATE
NO PARKING PLACES TO BE PERMITTED ON
ILLINOIS STATE ROUTE NO.' 83 `(F.A. ROUTE 10 2)
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois,' that:
Bectiori 1. Ordinance G-93� ."The Traffic Ordinance of the
Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 1968" , passed and approved
October 22 , 1968, as amended, be, and it is further amended, to
insert in Article V. Section 5.01, Paragraph 13, Exhibit "H" a
new sub-section 5 to read as follows:
l "ARTICLE V - PARKING RULES
"Section 5.01 - NO PARKING PLACES
1113. PARKING RESTRICTIONS
" (5) F. A. Route 102 (Illinois State Highway No.
83) on both sides from the Northerly Village
limits to the Southerly Village limits."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval as required by law.
