ORDINANCE NO.'.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G-60,
ENTITLED "THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS, OF 196611
.
Whereas, a public hearing was heretofore held on application of
the Village of Oak Brook after due public notice; and
Whereas, the Zoning Board of' Appeals recommended that "The
Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, 'Illinois, of 1966" ,
as amended, be further amended to permit certain additional
special uses in certain ORA-1 districts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, as
follows:
Section 1. Ordinance No. G-60, entitled "The Zoning Ordinance
of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 1966" , as amended, be and
hereby is further amended to add to Section X, Paragraph B, Sub-
paragraph 2, the following provisions: -
"c) . Restaurants with accessory cocktail lounges
without facilities for dancing and live enter-
tainment -- in multi-building office complexes
under single ownership or control on sites not
less than 10 acres, when such facility is
designed primarily for use by tenants of the
office complex. Such structure shall not front
on any perimeter road and access thereto shall
be provided only from interior roadways.
"d) . Private, membership-only health clubs in multi-
building office complexes under single ownership
or control on sites not less than 10 acres, when
such facility is designed primarily for use by
tenants of the office complex. Such structure
shall not front on any .perimeter road and access
thereto shall be provided only from interior road-
ways.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval as provided by law.
