ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G-60,
ENTITLED "THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE
OF OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS, OF 1966" , AS AMENDED,
TO INCREASE CERTAIN FEES
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
, Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, as follows:
Section l. - That Ordinance No. G-60, "The Zoning Ordinance of
the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 1966" , as amended, is hereby
amended to provide that Section XIII, Paragraph K, Subparagraph 2 ,
shall read:

112. Application for variation . . . . . . . $150.00"
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval as provided by law.
