AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G-60
BEING "THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE
OF OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS, OF 19661,
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County , Illinois , as follows :
Section 1. That Section XIII , Paragraph G "Variations" , of
Ordinance No. G-60, entitled. "The Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Oak Brook, Illinois , of 196611 , as amended, be , and. hereby is ,
further amended to add Subparagraph 6 thereto to read as follows:
116. Re-applications .
"Any person, firm, or corporation having been
denied an variation to the Zoning Ordinance
respecting a specific parcel of property may
not re-apply for a like variation on said
real property until the period of one (1)
year has elapsed. since the denial of the
application for variation by the President
and Board of Trustees .
Section 2 . That Section XIII , Paragraph I "Amendments" , of
Ordinance No. G-60, entitled. "The Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Oak Brook, Illinois , of 196611 , as amended, be , and hereby is ,
further amended to add Subparagraph S thereto read. as follows:
115. Re-applications .
"Any person, firm , or corporation having been
denied an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance
respecting a specific parcel of property may
not re-apply fora like amendment on said
real property until the period of one (1)
year has elapsed since the denial of the
application for amendment by the President
and Board of Trustees.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and. effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication as required
by law.
