AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G-93,
"THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS, OF 1968", PASSED
AND APPROVED OCTOBER 22, 1968

BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois , that:
Section 1. Ordinance No. G-93, being "The Traffic Ordinance
of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 1968", passed and ap-
proved October 22, 1968, as amended, be and it is further amended
to repeal Article III, Section 3.11 and to establish a new Article
IIT, .Section 3.11 to read as follows:
"ARTICLE III
"Section 3.11 Prohibited Turns.
"It shall be unlawful for the operator of any
vehicle to turn left or right at any place
where such turns are prohibited by ordinance as
listed in "Exhibit K". Such prohibition shall
be indicated by appropriate signs."
Section 2. A new exhibit to be known and designated as "Exhibit
K" is hereby and herewith added to Ordinance G-93, "The Traffic .
Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 1968" , which
shall read as follows:
EXHIBIT K
"PROHIBITED TURNS
" (1) It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle
traveling in a southerly direction on Frontage Road
to make a left-hand turn so as to travel in a westerly
direction on 15th Street.
" (2) It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle
traveling in ap A046sterly direction on 15th Street to
make a right-hand turn so as to travel in ,a northerly
direction on Frontage Road."
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from ands tamer its passage, approval and publication as required
