ORDINANCE NO. G' -'t 52
ORDINANCE AMENDING
VARIOUS ORDINANCES
OF THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oak Brook as follows :
Section 1. All Ordinances of the Village of Oak Brook
wherein it refers to the Building Commissioner or Building
Inspector are hereby amended to read "The Chief of the Oak Brook
Fire Department" .
Section 2. The Chief of the Oak Brook Fire Department
is hereby authorized to appoint various persons within his
department to discharge the duties imposed upon him by virtue of
this amendment.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as
provided by law.
