ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
VILLAGE OF OAR BROOK

BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, as follows :
Section 1. The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook of
1966 i.s herebv-amended to provide that Section V, G, h (6) shall
read as follows :
(6) Fences , solid- not more than 6 feet in height
shall be erected only adjacent to patio or
terrace areas and private swimming pools ,. an$
(a) shall be not less than 5 feet from the
nearest lot line, or (b) in No-Access Strips.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from anima after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law.
PASSED and APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois , this 25th
day of June 1974 . '
