AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING A
FIRE LANE - TOW ZONE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oak Brook, as follows:
Section 1. There is hereby designated a Fire Lane --
Tow Zone on that part of the Sheraton - Oak Brook Motor
Hotel, 1401. 22nd Street, -Oak -Brook, that portion -of the main
drive- of said hotel- extending from a -point adjacent to the__
front .entrznce westerly:the--entire 1-distance-of,. the= property._'
Section 2. The appropriate- Village_employees- are-
hereby directed-to post;_the-area=of--said-:.Eire-Lane- Tow----=-
Zofte with"appropriate-signing indicating--that.violators
will be towed away.
Section 3. Persons who permit their motor vehicles
to remain parked or standing within said -Fire Lane - Tow
Zone-shall be--liable- for any-and -all towing charges incurred
in-_removing-the i-r-.-vehicles:_from-the°-area and shall *be- pun—-- .
ishable--for a .violation=-of this Ordinance by- -a fine -up- to
$500.00.
Section 4 . This-Ordinance shall be in -full-force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
as provided by law.
