AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
TRAFFIC ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE
OF OAK BROOK TO REGULATE PARKING
ALONG 31ST STREET AND ROUTE 83
An Ordinance delineating the prescribed pattern of parking
along 31st Street (C.H. Route 34) and along Kingery Highway
(Illinois Route 83) .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK
BROOK, ILLINOIS :
Section 1. All parking will be prohibited along 31st Street
between 1200 ' West of Regent Drive and 250' East of Jorie Boulevard.
Section 2. All parking will be prohibited along Illinois Route
83 from 3400 feet North to 3500 feet south of 31st Street (C.H. Route
> 34) structure.
Section 3. Any person, firm, or corporation violating the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined not less than FIVE
DOLLARS ($5. 00) nor more than FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS .($500 .00) for
r each offense.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be iri full force and effect
ten days from and after its passage, approval, and publication, as
approved by law.
PASSED and APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, this 10th day
of September 1974.
