ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
TRAFFIC ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE
OF OAK BROOK TO REGULATE PARKING
ALONG 22nd STREET and SPRING 'ROAD
An ordinance delineat
in the prescribed pattern of parking
along 22nd Street (FAU 9877� and along Spring Road (FAU 9870) .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1 . All parking will be pro'hibited along 22nd Street
between Route 83 and the East-West Tollway overpass.
Section 2. All parking will be prohibited along Spring Road from
22nd- Street VFAU 9877) to 16th Street.
Section 3. Any person , firm, or corporation violating the provisions
of this Ordinance 'shall be fined not less than FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00) nor
more than FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00) for each offense. ..
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force" and effect ten
., days from and after its passage , approval , and publication , as approved
by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois , this 10th day of
December, 1974..
