AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE G-57, BEING AN
ORDINANCE LICENSING VENDING MACHINES IN THE
VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK
!~ '\` BE IT ORDAINED by the President and the Board of Trustees of .the Village
of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois:
Section 1. Section 3 of Ordinance G-57 is hereby amended. to read as followE
The annual license fee for a license for each such machine so used on a
premisesshall be as follows:
Annual Fee
Class A
Includes game machines, amusement machines, ,$ 50.00
bank money dispensers, juke boxes, cigarette
and other tobacco machines .
• .Class B - $ 25.00
Includes food and hot drink dispensing machines,
snack, pastry, sandwish, candy, milk, ice cream,
cold drink machines and other edible products
Class C $ 10.00
Includes miscellaneotis dispensibles such as
stamps, aspirin, etc.
Section 2. All ordinances, rules and regulations of the Village of Oak
Brook which are in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby re-
pealed, solely to the extent of the conflict.
Section 3. If any section, sub-section, sentence, clause, or phrase of
this ordinance is for any reason.held to be invalid, such determination shall not
affect the validity of any remaining portion of this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, app approval and publication in pamphlet form as required by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the President and the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook this=day of May, 1976.
