AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK TO REGULATE PARKING
ALONG 22nd STREET
An ordinance delineating the prescribed pattern of parking along
22nd Street ( FAU 9877 )
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 : All parking will be prohibited along 22nd Street
between the East-West Tollway overpass and Clearwater Drive.
Section 2 : Any person , firm , or corporation violating the
provision of this Ordinance shall be fined not less than FIVE DOLLARS
( $5. 00) nor more than FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ( $500. 00) for each offense.
Section 3 : All ordinances , rules , and regulations of the Village
of Oak Brook which are in conflict with the provisions of this
Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict.
Section 4: If any section , sub-section , sentence , clause, or
phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid , such
determination shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion
of this Ordinance.
Section 5: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage , approval , and publication in pamphlet form as
required by law.
PASSED and APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
