ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE G-177 BEING AN ORDINANCE
REGULATING THE USE OF STREETS AND HIGHWAYS WITHIN THE
VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Corporate Authorities
of the Village of Oak Brook, Du Page and Cook Counties , Illinois , that;
SECTION 1. The Corporate Authorities of the Village of Oak Brook find
after reviewing a traffic survey that the maximum speed limit at the
road section described below in Section 2 , should be forty (40) miles
per hour.
SECTION 2 . Pursuant to Section 1-601 of Ordinance G-177 Schedule 1
of said ordinance is amended as follows :

SECTION 3. All ordinances rules , and regulations of the Village of
Uak Brook which are in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance
are hereby repealed, solely to the extent of the conflict
SECTION 4. If any section, sub-section, sentence, clause, or phrase
orris Ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid, such
determination shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion
of this Ordinance.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form
as required by law.
