N ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G-160, AS AMENDED, TO INCREASE
THE BI-ANNUAL INSPECTION/CERTIFICATE FEE FOR ELEVATORS, ESCALATORS
AND DUMBIVAITERS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois,
that
SECTION 1: Section III, 9. of Ordinance No. G-160, as amended, is
hereby amended to increase the bi-annual fee for inspection/certificate
for each elevator, escalator or dumbwaiter to $ 25.00
SECTION 2: All ordinances, rules and regulations of the Village
of Oak Brook which are in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance
are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict .
SECTION 3: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase
of this Ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid, such determination
shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion of this Ordinance .
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval, and publication as provided by law.
This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form.
