AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE G-177 BEING AN ORDINANCE
REGULATING THE USE OF STREETS AND HIGHWAYS WITHIN THE
VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DUPAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, that:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 3-101 of Ordinance G-177 Schedule XIII
of said Ordinance is hereby amended to add the following streets to those
streets upon which truck traffic is prohibited:
Spring Road 16th Street to Northern Village Limits
Frontage Road Harger Road to Northern Village Limits
SECTION 2. All ordinances, rules, and regulations of the Village of Oak
Brook which are in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby
repealed, solely to the extent of the conflict.
SECTION 3. If any section, sub-section, sentence, clause, or phrase of
this Ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid, such determination shall
not affect the validity of any remaining portion of this Ordinance.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form as required by law.
