AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
TRAFFIC ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE
OF OAK BROOK TO REGULATE PARKING
ALONG 16th STREET AND SPRING ROAD
An ordinance delineating the prescribed pattern of parking along 16th Street
(FAU 1448) and along Spring Road (FAU 2671).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. All parking will be prohibited along 16th Street between
Route 83 and Spring Road.
Section 2. All parking will be prohibited along Spring Road from 22nd Street
(FAU 9877 to 16th Street.
Section 3. Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provision of
this Ordinance shall be fined not less than FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00) nor more than
FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00) for each offense.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days from
and after its passage, approval, and publication, as approved by law.
