AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2- 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS AND PROVIDING FOR
REVISED REGULAR MEETING DATES FOR THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS
as follows :
Section 1: That Section 2-19 of the Code of Ordin-
ances of the Village of Oak Brook pertaining to the regular
meeting dates of the Board of Trustees be and is hereby amended
to read as follows :
Section 2-19. Regular Meetings - Dates
The second, third and fourth Tuesday of each
and every month be and are hereby declared and
established as the official meeting dates for
the Board as well as the second Monday of
each and every month which is hereby establish-
ed as the official meeting date for the Com-
mittee-of- the-Whole. No official action will be taken at the
Committee-of-the-Whole meeting .
Section 2 : This Ordinance shall be in full force and
h - effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in
pamphlet form as required by law.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed toto pu lblb ish this Ordinance in pamphlet form in the
manner provided by law and to cause notice of the change in
regular meeting dates made pursuant to this Ordinance to be given
by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the area
pursuant to the provisions of Section 42 . 03 of Chapter 102 of
the Illinois Revised Statutes .

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Paragraph 42. 03
of Chapter 102 of the Illinois 'Revised Statutes that the regular
meeting dates of the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook will be changed effective March 10, 1980
s- .that the following schedule of regular meetings will be in
effect:
Second, Third and Fourth Tuesday of each
and every month - regular meeting
Second Monday of each and every month -
Committee-of-the-Whole meeting
