AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PERSONNEL RULES
AND REGULATIONS OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook have heretofore adopted Personnel Rules and"
Regulations ; and
WHEREAS, said Personnel Rules and Regulations have
been amended from time to time ; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed appropriate that said Personnel
Rules and Regulations as previously amended be further amended
as hereinafter provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD .OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK
COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows :
Section 1: That Section 8 (b) of Article VII of
the Personnel Rules an Regulations of the Village of Oak Brook
be and is hereby amended to read as follows
"Unused vacation time (the above stated
maximum) shall .be paid to the employee
at the time of separation from service
in the Village."
Section 2 : That Section 8 (c) .of Article VII of
the Personnel. Rules and Regulations of the Village of Oak Brook
is hereby repealed.
Section 3: That except as amended hereby, the
Personnel Rules and Regulations of the Village of Oak Brook shall
remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and
confirmed.
Section 4 : That this Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect . from and after its passage , approval and publication
as required by law.
Section 5 : That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
