AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3- 21 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES

OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK RELATIVE TO LIQUOR LICENSE FEES
WHEREAS, Section 110 of Chapter 43 of the Illinois Revised Statutes
authorizes the President and Board of Trustees of a Village to license
establishments for the sale of alcoholic liquor, establish classifica-
tion of licenses and determine the fees req fired for said licenses ; and
WHEREAS , pursuant to and in accordance with said statute the
President and Board of Trustees have estabI shed liquor license fees
as codified in Section 3- 21 (a) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village
of Oak Brook ; and
WHEREAS, said President and Board of Trustees deem it advisable
and in the best interest and in furtherance of the general welfare of
the citizens of the Village that said liquor license fees be amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS as follows :
Section 1: That the provisions of the preamble hereinabove set
forth are hereby adopted as though fully set forth herein .
Section 2 : That Section 3- 21 (a) of the Code of Ordinances of
the Village of Oak Brook relative to liquor license fees be and is here-
by amended to read as follows :
Section 3- 21 Fees ; Term:
(a) The annual fee for licenses under this Article shall
be as follows :

Section 3: That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with
the provisions of this Ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 4 : That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage , approval and publication in pamphlet form as
provided by law.
Section S : That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form in the manner pro-
vided by law.
