AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-225 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK AND ESTABLISHING REVISED FEES FOR
APPLICATIONS FOR ZONING OR FLOOD PLAIN RELIEF
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have heretofore
passed and approved Ordinance G-289 which in part established fees
for certain applications , which provisions have been codified as
Section 2-225 of the Code of Ordinances of said Village; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have reviewed the
fees established thereunder and deem their revision to be appropriate ;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS as follows :
. Section 1 : That the provisions of the preamble hereinabove
set forth are hereby adopted as though fully set forth herein.
Section 2 : That sub-sections (a) through (d) inclusive of
Section 2-- 225 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Oak Brook
be and are hereby amended to read as follows :
(a) Application for Amendment Under the Zoning
Ordinance - $650 . 00
(b) Application for Special Use Permit:
1. Zoning Ordinance - Special Use
Fee: $400 . 00 .0
2 . Special Use in Flood Plain -
Fee : $675 . 00
(c) Application for Variation Under the Zoning
Ordinance , or in the Flood Plain - $300. 00
(d) Application for Appeal Under the Zoning Ordinance -
$100 . 00.
Section 3 : That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
with the provisions of this Ordinance be and the same are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Se-ction 4 : That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form in the manner
provided by law.
Section 5 : That this Ordinance shall be in full force and ef-
fect from and after its passage , approval and publication in pamphlet
form, all as provided by law.
