AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6-16 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK IN INCREASING THE NUMBER OF
AUTHORIZED FIRE DEPARTMENT LIEUTENANTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows :
Section 1 : That Section 6-16 of the Code of Ordinances of the
Village of Oak Brook be and is hereby amended to read as follows :
Section 6-16 Composition:
The Fire Department shall consist of the following
members :
1) One. (1) Fire Chief;
2) Nine (9) Fire Lieutenants
3) Twenty- Seven (27) Firemen.
Section 2 : That ali ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with
the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent
of such conflict .
Section 3 : That this Ordinance shall be in full force and ef-
fect from and after passage and approval as provided by law.
