AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5- 2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as
follows :
Section 1 : That Section 5- 2 (c) of the Code of Ordinances of
the Village oT-0ak Brook be and is hereby amended to read as follows :
"No permit may be issued on any unrecorded lot or
tract of land until such lot or tract has been
surveyed, platted and filed in the Recorder ' s
Office as required by statutes ; provided, how-
. ever, such restriction shall not otherwise pre-
clude the issuance of a permit for work on any
existing structure which does not involve any
exterior building addition or exterior structural
alteration.
Section 2 : That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
with ti- he provisions of this Ordinance be and the same are hereby
repealed.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and ef-
fect from and after its passage, approval and publication in pam-
phlet form as provided by law.
Section 4 : That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to pu lish this Ordinance in pamphlet form in the manner
required by law.
