AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14-13 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK RELATIVE
TO THE VILLAGE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees
have heretofor passed Ordinance G-314 , codified as Article II
Chapter 14 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Oak Brook;
and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees
deem the Amendment of Section 14-13 thereof to be appropriate ;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK
COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows :
Section 1 : That Section 14-13 (b) entitled "Season
Membership and Fee Schedule", be and is hereby amended to read as
follows
Section 14-13 OAK BROOK BATH $ TENNIS CLUB:

*Any non-resident who in 1978 was a valid Non-resident Prior
Member in the Oak Brook Bath & Tennis Club .
"Any family or individual season member providing written
proof of the recruitment of a new family or individual season
member (but not including any such recruited member who was a
member in 1981) shall be entitled to a 20 discount on the
membership fee schedule otherwise applicable for each such
recruitment
Section 2 : That Section 14-13 (c) (4) of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Oak Brook entitled "Bath and Tennis
Guests", be and is hereby amended to read as follows :
(c) Season Membership Definitions :
(4) Bath $ Tennis Guests: Will be individuals registered
by a Family or Individual Season Member to utilize the
tennis courts and swimming pools and shall be limited to
ten visits per season. Guests may not charge vouchers

and must be accompanied by the member at all times .
Notwithstanding the above, family and individual
season members may without additional charge invite
guests without limitation on the first and third Tuesday
of each month of operation of the Bath and Tennis Club.
Section 3 : That all Ordinances or parts that are in
conflict with tEe provisions of this Ordinance be and the same
are .hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict .
Section 4: That the provisions of this Ordinance are
deemed severable and the validity or invalidity of any portion
thereof shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions
thereof.
Section 5 : That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form in the manner
provided by law.
Section 6 : That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and- effect from after its passage, approval and publication in
pamphlet form, as required by law.
