ORDINANCE NO . G- 326
AN ORDINANCE RENAMING A PREVIOUSLY NAMED STREET
WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK.,
DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, there is located within the Village of Oak Brook,
DuPage and Cook Counties , Illinois , a street named Pagemark Lane
located in the Pagemark Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the owners of all of the property in Pagemark Subdivision
have petitioned the Village to change the name of Pagemark Lane ; and
WHEREAS, the corporate authorities of the Village of Oak Brook
deem the passage of this Ordinance to be in the best interest of the
Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties , Illinois ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS.,
as follows :
Section 1 : That the provisions of the preamble hereinabove set
forth are hereby incorporated herein as though herein fully set forth .
Section 2 : That the previously named Pagemark Lane in the Page-
mark Subdivision, recorded on August 14 , 1981 , with the DuPage County
Recorder ' s Office , as document number R-81-44292 , is hereby renamed
Mulberry Lane.
Section 3 : That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to amend the official maps of the Village of Oak Brook to comply
with the provisions of this Ordinance and to cause the recordation of a
certified copy of this Ordinance in the office of the DuPage County
Recorder of needs .
Section 4 : This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval as provided by law.
