AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER- 3 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOKS ILLINOIS RELATING TO
LICENSES FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
WHEREAS, the holder of the Class A-1 Liquor License for the Oak Brook Saddle
Club has tendered said license to the Oak Brook Liquor Commissioner; and
WHEREAS, the number of authorized Class A-1 liquor licenses has thus been
reduced by one license; and
WHEREAS, this reduction should be reflected in Section 3-23 of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Oak Brook.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as f6116ws:
Section 1: That Section 3-23 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of
Oak Brook, Illinois, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
The number of liquor licenses authorized to be issued in each
classification is:
(1) Class A-1, twelve (12) licenses;
(2) Class A-2, four (4) licenses;
(3) Class A-3, two (2) licenses;
(4) Class A-4, one (1) license;
(5) Class B, two (2) licenses;
(6) Class C, three (3) licenses;
(7) The number of Class D licenses shall
not be limited;
(8) Class E, one (1) license.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval as provided by law.
Section 3: That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with the
provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
