G- 409 W LtK EN b S1AR71&k-r TIMES AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14-12(e)(2) a— A 3- gg OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK RELATING TO PERMANENT RESERVED WEEKEND STARTING TIMES AT THE OAK BROOK GOLF CLUB WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees had previously adopted ordinances codified as Section 14-12(e)(2) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Oak Brook relating to permanent tee times of the Oak Brook Golf Club; and WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees deemed the amendment of said provision to be appropriate so as to give priority to foursomes with the most unlimited resident season members in said foursomes; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section 1: That the provisions of the preamble hereinabove set forth are hereby incorporated as those set forth fully herein. Section 2: That Section 14-12(e)(2) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Oak Brook be and is hereby amended to read as follows: The permanent reserved weekend starting time draw will be held annually in the spring after the brochure is mailed. Application for this drawing must be made in writing on forms provided by the village. The order of drawing will be as follows: a. Unlimited resident season members as further described herein; b. Unlimited corporate resident employee season members; c. Unlimited nonresident season members; d. Limited resident season members; e. Limited corporate resident employee season members; f. Limited nonresident season members; g. Residents; h. Nonresidents. Drawing priority will be given to those foursomes with the most unlimited resident season and members in the foursomes. Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval pursuant to law. Passed this 23rd day of February 1988. To concur with President Cerne, Local Liquor Control Commissioner, and authorize the issuance of a one-day Class "D" Liquor License to the Salt Creek Club to be used in conjunction with their special event, a Valentine Dinner Dance, at the McDonald's Lodge, 2815 Jorie Boulevard, on February 12, 1988. Tucker Companies - Rezone to B-1 Text Amendment, Variation and Final Plat Amendment Northwest Corner Route 83 and 16th Street): Both the Plan Commission, on December 14, 1987, and the Zoning Board of Appeals, on January 5, 1988, recommended: 1) Denial of the request to rezone a 5.2 acre parcel located at the northwest corner of 16th Street and Route 83 from ORA-2 to B-1; 2) Denial of the text amendment related to calculating the surface area of signs based upon 2 percent of the gross floor area including basements instead of two times the lineal feet of the length of the building facing the front lot line; and 3) Denial of the text amendment to permit a structure height of 35 feet instead of 30 feet. The Zoning Board of Appeals further recommended approval of: 1) A variation to allow construction of two driveway entrances to be 100 feet apart instead of 150 feet; and 2) A variation to reduce the aisle width from 27 feet to 24 feet along the west and north sides of the property. The Plan Commission approved amendments to Vantage Properties Resubdivision related to Front Setback Line from 50 feet to 60 feet and eliminating the 100-foot setback line adjacent to Route 83 and adding a Side Yard Setback abutting Monterey Avenue of 60 feet.
