AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION X(B)(2) OF
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK,
ORDINANCE G-60, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS, an application has been filed requesting an amendment to Section
X(B)(2) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook to create an
additional Special Use Category in the ORA-1 Office Research Assembly zoning
district; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission, on October 17, 1988, reviewed said
application and has recommended its approval; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the application has been conducted on
November 1, 1988 by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oak Brook
pursuant to due and appropriate legal notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the provisions of the preamble hereinabove set forth are
hereby adopted as though fully set forth herein.
Section 2: That Section X(B)(2) of. the Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Oak Brook be and is hereby amended by adding thereto as Subsection F the
following:
F. Schools Post Baccalaureate
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after passage and approval as provided by law.
