G- 436 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7-2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK RELATIVE TO LIBRARY FEES AND CHARGES WHER-...,AS, the Oak Brook Library Commission has recommended that the library fees for non-residents be amended; and WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees concur with the recommendation of the Library Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section 1: That Section 7-2 entitled "Fees and Charges", be and is hereby amended to read as follows: The following fees and charges are hereby established governing the Oak Brook Free Public Library: Fee or Charge Fee Amount Non-resident family, per year $87.00 Non-resident student, per year $25.00 Non-resident senior citizen, per year $25.00 16mm film rental $15.67 Video cassette rental $ 3.00 Video cassette cancellation or non-pickup $ 1.00 .• Framed art prints $ 1.00 Overdue charge (per day, per item, except 16mm film) $ .05 Maximum fine per item (except 16mm film) $ 2.00 Overdue charge, 16mm film, per day, per item $ 2.00 Replacement of lost library card $ 2.00 Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law. Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after passage, approval and publication as provided by law_ Section 4: That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
